Shipping and terms of payment

Payment options:

Prepayment
You simply pay in advance by bank transfer and receive the goods conveniently immediately after receipt of payment. For payments from abroad, the buyer bears any costs incurred, such as bank and transfer fees.

Paypal
When paying via PayPal, the invoice is issued directly via PayPal.

Credit card
When paying by credit card, billing takes place via the service provider Stripe. This means that you enjoy the highest security standards and compliance with data protection criteria. All fees are covered by us.

Shipping within Germany and Austria

Shipping costs up to a gross value of EUR 120.00	gross 5.90 euros
Shipping costs over a goods value of 120.00 euros gross	0.00 euros

We deliver with DHL Vertriebs GmbH (DHL). From a goods value of 120.00 euros (sorted as required), we deliver freight-free within Germany and Austria. For orders with a goods value of less than 120.00 euros, a proportion of freight costs of 5.90 euros will be charged. The goods are insured by DHL Vertriebs GmbH during transport. We reserve the right to carry out larger deliveries by forwarding agent. The goods are insured even if they are delivered by a forwarding company.

We deliver to the countries listed below with DHL Vertriebs GmbH (DHL). The shipping costs incurred can also be found in the following table. The goods are insured by DHL Vertriebs GmbH during transport. We reserve the right to carry out larger deliveries by forwarding agent. The goods are insured even if they are delivered by a forwarding company.

Your advantage: You pay for items that are not subject to differential taxation according to §25a UStG not the German VAT of currently 19%. However, you pay the lower Swiss VAT of currently 8% and possibly customs as well as a delivery tax from the Swiss Post.

Customs: Swiss Customs will charge you Swiss VAT, currently 8%. There are also customs duties between SFR 0.50 and SFR 3.00 per liter of wine. These are automatically billed via DHL, unless you declare customs yourself (cross-border commuters). DHL will charge you an administrative fee of currently 10.00 SFR for forwarding the tax and customs to the customs office. From an invoice amount (value of goods + shipping costs) of 65.00 SFR, DHL will also charge a fee for the customs clearance service. The fees mentioned here refer to the costs per package, not the costs per order!
